I find that these anxiety quotes are very inspirational and helpful when I am overcome with anxiety and worry.  These quotes helped me to start thinking instead of worrying because it is basically just a waste of time.  So these days when I feel anxiety starting to hit I focus on coming up with a solution to my problem.
